Host R. Lee Ermey, a retired staff sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, reads mail and answers viewer questions about past and present military matters. Ermey frequenly takes viewers on location to address certain questions or types of equiment, and runs the show almost as if he's a drill instructor for the viewers.
