Aged 77, Miriam travels from the UK, to Europe and across the United States to explore different attitudes towards death, while confronting her own fear of ageing and death. Miriam meets elderly people with dementia, people who go to extreme lengths to extend their lives, and others who put a healthy lifestyle above all else. Along her way, Miriam reflects upon her own mortality and considers if the best approach is to simply live a full and good life.
