One of the best ways to transform one's life is to start living a healthier lifestyle, giving the body a makeover both on the inside and the outside. This series rounds up several women who are looking not only to lose weight but to change their entire lives. As the ladies continue their mission to get healthier, they receive guidance and tools from nutrition, fitness and lifestyle experts to help them along the way. The show chronicles each woman's family life to showcase the day-to-day struggles that are a part of the weight-loss journey. Nutrition plans, exercise routines and fashion tips are also on the docket as the women work to make over their lives. The big reveal comes at the end of each season, showing off the new looks of that season's participants. Former "Entertainment Tonight" anchor Julie Moran and fitness model Jamie Eason host.
