Property renovator Simon O'Brien knows how to take an old, run-down property and fix it up to make it look good. He uses his expertise to help people renovate what they believe are their dream properties in this programme. Each episode follows the transformation of a subpar dwelling into an above-average home, covering key elements of the project. The projects are often ambitious in their scope and they don't all necessarily make it to completion. Some successful past projects are also featured on the show.
