Instead of finding dusty doors and suspicious hairs in the sink, Alex Polizzi, of `Hotel Inspector' fame, now uses her experience and knowledge to help first-time hoteliers set up their business. Opening a hotel of B&B is a dream for many hospitable people, yet it is a complicated and daunting process with far more to organise and do than sometimes originally perceived. Alex helps with finding the perfect location, offering important advice during the renovations, and helps the new business owners into their first make-or-break weeks of opening. A range of different sizes and locations are featured, including a Victorian mansion in the rugged Orkney Islands, a derelict château in France, and a unique Spanish cave hotel.
