British property expert Phil Spencer, who has helped numerous home buyers and sellers in the UK, heads to Oz - hopefully not running into any wicked witches - as he helps Brits move to Australia. Spencer takes a look at each buyer's property in the UK to try to determine what features they may want in their Aussie dream home. He then travels to the Land Down Under to find some potential properties that he shows to the buyers. But Spencer doesn't just help the buyers. He also advises the Australian property owners what they can do to make their properties ready for a sale.
