Many people are interested in global cuisine but since international travel isn't inexpensive, people can't always experience it for themselves (outside of going to local restaurants that serve various types of cuisine). Enter "Planet Food," which allows viewers to experience international cuisine vicariously through travelers, including well-known TV chefs Padma Lakshmi and Tyler Florence, who visit various countries to experience the local foods and share the experiences with viewers. Among the locales visited are Italy, Spain and Morocco.
