`Reflex' tests people's reaction times by having contestants respond to and compete in a series of physical challenges. Each episode features two teams, each made up of three family members, who compete in five rounds of games that are based on speed and reactions. Following the five rounds of head-to-head play, the winning family advances to the endgame with a chance to win up to £20,000. Shane Richie presents the programme and Ken Bruce watches from the sidelines as he provides commentary during the games.
