Actor Robson Green travels around the United Kingdom to meet people who live on Britain's rugged coastline. Visiting areas of incredible beauty, including the picturesque islands of northern Scotland, Green learns more about the livelihoods of those who reside by the sea, including a glimpse into their daily routines and a look at the homes that, in some cases, they have mostly built themselves. Over the course of the series, Green also tries his hand at a number of outdoor and water-based activities.
