After being involved in a terrible car crash, Dr. Charles Harris lands in the Hope Zion Hospital where he is the Chief of Surgery. He’s in a coma but he finds himself able to roam around the hospital in a spirit like state. His fiancé, Dr. Alex Reid who is the acting Chief of Surgery in Harris’ absence tries her best to cover for him while she must face her own inner demons and fight to save her fiancés’ life whilst also treating the various cases that are referred to her.
