Danny Dyer hosts as eight famous faces are sent into a bunker. Their task is to eat, sleep and survive for eight days in total darkness. Along the way, they face a series of challenges that can either reward them with useful items or further complicate their survival. To help analyse the emotional state of the celebrities, a professional psychologist is on hand to offer his expert opinion. Contestants who feel they can go no further can leave at any time by admitting that they're afraid of the dark.
