`Haunted History' gives viewers a glimpse into history that isn't taught in schools. Each episode looks back to events that took place at well-known locations and features advisers discussing current paranormal activity at the sites. Among the sites featured are four locations in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, connected to the Battle of Gettysburg - where ghosts appear - and to a 19th-century Chicago hotel, `the murder castle', that was designed for dispatching victims - whose spirits still appear more than a century later.
