First grader Miyauchi Renge prepares for her first day of elementary school by practising her route and rides the bus with Koshigaya Komari and Natsumi; barred from entering the classroom until her official first day, Renge explores the school.

We Went to Look at the Stars Jul. 13, 2015

After a few days at school, Hotaru plays a game with the students' rulers; Komari invites Hotaru to go stargazing, but their flashlight dies.

I Made a Teru-teru Bouzu Jul. 27, 2015

In hopes of driving away the rain, Renge dresses up as a ghostlike doll, scaring Komari; Renge gets upset after tadpole shrimp die while in her care.

We Ate Okonomiyaki Aug. 3, 2015

Komari experiences a run of bad luck while trying to clean the pool; on a rainy day, the girls learn how to make okonomiyaki.

We Made Friends With Fireflies Aug. 10, 2015

While hanging out with Hotaru, Natsumi searches for something they can talk about; the girls want to shoot off fireworks, but when the store runs out, they find something else to dazzle them.

The girls exchange thoughts on Tokyo; Hotaru, Renge and Hikage take off to retrieve a bag Hotaru left on the bus; a nervous Hotaru must jump into a river for a photo shoot.

Natsumi and Renge try to decide what to create in a woodworking class; Natsumi remembers a time when baby Renge caused trouble; Komari needs Hotaru's help to repair her teddy bear.

Natsumi organises a fishing tournament; Komari and Konomi play dress-up with Natsumi; Natsumi and Hikage try to make amends after accidentally eating food prepared for a moon-viewing party.
