Professor Brian Cox and comedian Dara O'Briain host this science-based programme in which they join viewers to wonder at the night sky, with extraordinary images beamed in from telescopes across the globe. The pair are joined by scientific advisors who assist in finding the astronomical phenomena. A partial solar eclipse and the Quadrantid meteor shower are among the highlights of the sky that have been seen on the series, which also features TV presenter Jonathan Ross learning how to spot planets.
