This programme features comedian Steve Coogan performing at the Blackpool Opera House during his 2008 tour. As the title suggests, the show highlights Coogan performing some of his famous characters, including his best-known character, DJ Alan Partridge. Other of Coogan's characters featured are drunken Paul Calf and his sister, Pauline, angry ex-roadie Tommy Saxondale and hopeless stand-up comedian Duncan Thicket.
