Cinemax's first original prime-time series in more than 15 years, a high-octane, globe-spinning thriller with storylines inspired by real events, focuses on the actions of a top-secret intelligence agency called Section 20. The case, known as "Project Dawn', centres on the kidnapping of Section 20 agent John Porter by a Pakistani terrorist called Latif, who is suspected of planning a weapons of mass destruction attack that could have global consequences. With little time to waste, Sgt. Michael Stonebridge, a British agent on the elite counter-terrorism team, joins former US Delta Force operative Damian Scott, who was dishonourably discharged on the eve of the US invasion of Iraq, to crisscross the globe, hot on the trail of Latif.
