Following a course led by former teen mum turned businesswoman Jess Lizama, `Teen Mum Academy' six ambitious young women develop the skills and confidence to succeed in their chosen fields. Together with their babies, the women move in together and embark on a journey of professional growth, acquiring skills which will help their careers. Each woman has a unique dream, but each one also faces a unique set of challenges which they must overcome to be successful. Jess mentors the women along the way and helps them to work through obstacles.
