The leading ladies of "2 Broke Girls," Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs, host the 40th annual ceremony at which the award winners are revealed. As the name implies, members of the public get the opportunity to vote on the nominees and winners in each of the award categories, which run the gamut of music, movies and TV. Fans also get to vote on new categories in which awards will be given. The ceremony takes place at the Nokia Theatre in downtown Los Angeles and features musical performances by Sara Bareilles, OneRepublic and Brad Paisley.
