Multitalented TV, film and stage actor Neil Patrick Harris returns for a second go at hosting the annual gala after first doing so to critical acclaim in the 2009 broadcast. The ceremony honoring excellence in television takes place at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles and boasts a performance by Elton John paying tribute to Liberace, the subject of the heavily nominated biopic "Behind the Candelabra." Ken Ehrlich returns for his sixth year as executive producer for the 65th annual ceremony.
