The Body Farm is a private forensics facility that pushes back the boundaries of scientific research and solving crimes in what is uncharted territory. At the Body Farm, murder is seen to be what it is: visceral and shocking. Eve Lockhart is a forensic pathologist who leads the team of scientists at the facility, where human remains are donated to for scientific experimentation. Police forces from around the world call upon the Body Farm's scientists to assist in the solving of crimes. Eve and her team turn to police work in order to pay the bills.
