The B-Team is a funny, messy, complicated but - above all - loving portrayal of west Belfast's finest family - The Buchanans. Aileen's first communion is looming. Brenda, the matriarch, has a lot to deal with. She must play nice with her demanding auntie, Nancy, a lazy husband with a penchant for gambling, a hapless teenage son, Connor, and her eldest daughter Clare nursing the mother of all hangovers alongside her best friend, Marty.
