`The Life of Riley' tells the story of newlyweds Jim and Maddy Riley and their chaotic and colourful household, which includes a combination of children, stepchildren, step siblings and half siblings, since both Jim and Maddy were previously married. Adding to the festivities - or subtracting from, the Rileys might say - are the Weavers, the family next door whom Jim and Maddy seem to be in perpetual competition against.
