"The Preachers" offers a unique take on the genre of panel-discussion shows. Rather than using the likes of actors, journalists and comics, the faith-based show is hosted, as the title suggests, by religious figures.The four preachers who preside over the hourlong broadcast offer their unique views on pop culture, spirituality and the latest news. Cincinnati native John Gray is an associate pastor at Lakewood Church in Houston, E. Dewey Smith Jr. serves as a senior pastor at The House of Hope in Georgia, Orrick Quick is the founder of God Seekers Church in High Point, N.C., and Jamal Bryant is the founder of Baltimore's Empowerment Temple AME Church.
