`The Replacement' is three-part psychological thriller starring Morven Christie and Vicky McClure. The story focuses on Ellen, who becomes pregnant after securing an important contract for her architects' practice. Paula is hired as her temporary replacement. Ellen soon feels as though Paula is pushing her out of the company and is obsessed with her pregnancy. However, no-one else can see this, and people think that Ellen is being paranoid. After an accident at the firm, Ellen is determined to seek justice and takes matters into her own hands.
