Shelley Klein's book is about her much loved family home, a modernist house commissioned in the 1950s by her father, the acclaimed textile designer Bernat Klein. High Sunderland is where Shelley Klein grew up. The house lies in the Scottish Borders and is set amongst a thick forest of trees, it comprises a series of boxes and grids which are interconnected with colourful glass panels.
