The Stats of Life
Business
"The Stats of Life" is a unique, entertaining and fact-filled program that highlights a range of population statistics to reveal truths about the family next door or the identity of the country. Statistics Canada claims that the average Canadian family is made up of two white, married 40-year-olds who have two children and live in a 3 bedroom house. But each episode features three families -- one of which fits into the statistics and two outliers which illustrate the range of lifestyles that can be found within Canada. The show focuses on money, home, food, love, dating, and the pressures of living together.
