This unusual game show celebrates difference and explores the nature of disabilities by `disabling' celebrity guests as they participate in a series of challenges. Taking on the tasks are Rick Edwards, Greg Rutherford, Amelle Berrabah and Casey Batchelor, while Martin Dougan presents the show. The contestants compete in physically challenging games named `Para-oke' and `The Drunk Grand National'. In between rounds the programme cuts to pre-recorded, scripted comedy-dramas created by Martin's production team backstage.
