"The Winner Is ..." takes a new angle on singing competition shows by adding an element of game-show strategy: The contestants aim not for fame or a recording contract, but for a shot at $1 million and a chance to make their dreams come true. Each episode features six acts who go head-to-head through three rounds of competition, with a jury of 101 music lovers voting to decide the best performer. After a matchup, the singers must decide whether to take a cash prize and bow out -- or risk it all to see if they were chosen by the jury and have the opportunity to advance. Nick Lachey hosts.
