Groups discovered or put together on `The X Factor' have sold more than 400 million records. Now Simon Cowell is looking for undiscovered talent to form the next big pop group, to sign to his own record label and follow in the hit-making footsteps of One Direction, Fifth Harmony or Little Mix in `The X Factor: The Band'. The auditions have relocated to the setting of Simon Cowell's own offices, allowing for a raw and intimate audition process where the talent of the hopefuls is visible up close in a new way.
