The New Year's resolutions have been written down and committed to memory and friends have been told. Embark on the emotional journeys as ordinary people set out on challenging trials to change their lives over 12 months. Each transformation is revealed instantaneously as participants open and close one door only to emerge from another door with a newer, better version of themselves. Such transformations could be infertility, weight loss and reconstructive surgeries, among many others. Each pledge is given in front of a live audience and only after do the viewers see the change.
