Travel

Inspired by Alfred Wainwright's 1973 book entitled `A Coast to Coast Walk', actor and avid historian Sir Tony Robinson travels along an iconic route in Northern England. Starting in St Bees in Cumbria, Robinson journeys across the 190-mile trail, which passes through the Lake District National Park and the Yorkshire Dales, before reaching the end point at Robin Hood's Bay on the North Sea coast. Over the course of the series, Robinson explores the region's breathtaking landscapes and meets a number of people who call this scenic part of the world their home.
