Chaque semaine, un nouveau thème est lancé et notre caméra se rend chez deux jeunes qui doivent tenter de relever un défi scientifique avec l'aide des membres de leur famille. En utilisant leurs connaissances et les objets fournis dans une boîte mystère, les familles ont un temps prédéterminé pour réussir leur épreuve. Parallèlement, notre scientifique Jean-Daniel descend dans la rue et visite divers lieux publics afin de tester les connaissances scientifiques de tout un chacun!
