`Tripped' is a comedy-drama featuring `The Inbetweeners' star Blake Harrison and George Webster as best friends Danny and Milo. At 24, Danny decides he wants to settle down with long-term love Kate, while Milo carries on with his favourite pastime, getting stoned. On the evening of Danny and Kate's engagement party, Milo overdoes a smoking session and to his surprise meets a sword-carrying version of his best friend. The Danny from another dimension gives Milo a warning, which is almost immediately forgotten by the stoner. One thing leads to another, and the pair find themselves struggling to get back to their usual lives as they are thrown into a parallel universe.
