"What's Your News?" is billed as the first news show for and about 4- to 7-year-old children. The show's goal is to help youngsters transition from their home and family environments to the wider world around them, such as when they go to school. The show's anchors are an ant named Grant and an anteater (who thinks he's an ant) named Antony. The show's roving reporter, Gi Ant, reports on each episode's main news stories. Traffic and weather reports are provided by Avi Ant and Flickaboo (the weatherbird), respectively. At the end of each episode, the show features news stories sent into the program by children.
