Bushcraft expert Ray Mears explores some of Britain's most spectacular and diverse landscapes in this programme. He travels along rivers, through forests an across mountains in search of the nation's best natural treasures, exploring unique habitats and the wildlife that exist in them. Each episode finds Mears in a different location, each with its own character. The locations he explores include the mysterious oak forests of Dartmoor.
