Musical Discoveries Tango My Passion
A short documentary tracing the history and evolution of "tango". It explores its origin, influences on many nations and showcases the work of several iconic tango composers and performers such as Carlos Gardel, a legendary tango singer and composer.
Like an opera, this film is divided into three acts and unfolds between the island of Gaua, in the Vanuatu archipelago, and Paris. The women of Gaua, who practice water music, and a dancer, originally from the island but now living in Paris.
